1. Introduction

Sierra Pitching Academy allows users to communicate by sending messages within the app. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all users must adhere to the following guidelines.

Users may send messages that:

• Are respectful and relevant to baseball training and coaching.
• Do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Content

Users must not send messages that contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
• Violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content.
• Spam, promotional messages, or scams.
• Private or sensitive information about others.

4. Content Moderation & Reporting

- The app includes a reporting feature to flag inappropriate messages.
- Moderators will review reported content and take action within 24 hours.
- Offensive messages may be removed, and users who violate policies may face restrictions.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

• Warning for minor violations.
• Temporary suspension for repeated offenses.
• Permanent ban for severe violations.
