Sierra Pitching Academy is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of user data and system

1. Account Management
- Users cannot create their own accounts. Access is granted exclusively by a Manager or Coach.
- Users are not allowed to delete, deactivate, or cancel their account on their own to maintain security
and prevent
unauthorized access. If you wish to request account deletion, you must submit an official IT request or
contact a
Manager for manual removal. This process ensures that only authorized requests are processed and helps
protect user data
and system integrity.
2. Data Protection
- All sensitive data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Regular security audits are conducted to identify and mitigate risks.
3. System Security
- All login attempts are monitored for suspicious activity.
- Data backups are performed regularly in the server to prevent data loss.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must keep their login credentials confidential and report any suspicious activity.
- Unauthorized access or data misuse may result in account suspension.
