By submitting content, you grant Sierra Pitching Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for its intended purpose.

The App includes a reporting feature to flag objectionable or inappropriate content.
Moderators will review reported content and take necessary actions, including removal or user suspension.
Users can block abusive users to prevent further interactions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or our UGCP.
